  • The use and sales carried out on CASAFINA online store are settled by the following Terms of Sale. 
    By placing an order at www.casafinagifts.com the user:

    a) Declares that has read and fully understood these terms and conditions;
    b) States that he is at least 18 years old;
    c) Will not make an inappropriate or fraudulent use of this site;
    d) Accepts that is the US legislation that governs any conflict with the user, notwithstanding the contrary prediction in Community directive or international treaty.

    CASAFINA LIVING reserves the right to update or modify these Terms and Conditions at any time without prior notice. For this reason, we encourage the user to review these Terms and Conditions and our Privacy Policy whenever you use this site.

  • The prices of all products in this site are presented in US Dollars . 
    They are valid throughout the order process and do not include the delivery charges, which will be added to the total amount of the order during checkout (see DELIVERY CHARGES below). 
    CASAFINA reserves the right to change prices and specifications at any time without prior notice.


    From time to time CASAFINA may run promotions and offers on selected products or collections. 
    They are valid for a limited period of time and they cannot be used outside of that period.


    Occasionally CASAFINA generates vouchers and/or promotional codes in the order process of their registered customers.
    To take advantage of these discounts the customer must enter the promotional code and/or accept the voucher and click on the "Validate" option.
    The discount in question will be applied in the "Total Order" during checkout. 

  • CASAFINA has available the following payment methods: Visa, Paypal and Mastercard. 
    In case of credit card payment, the debit will be made immediately after the order registration.
    All transactions are made in US Dollars, encrypted and 100% secure (for more information, see our Privacy Policy).

  • Placing orders in CASAFINA online store is restricted to delivery and billing addresses in the US.


    Delivery is only made by CASAFINA after payment confirmation.
    Orders received by 1 pm EST will ship within the next two business days from our New York State distribution center.
    The order will be delivered to the address specified by the customer for delivering the order. Providing wrong information can lead to additional costs.
    In case of orders delivered to different addresses, the customer should place separated orders (with separated delivery charges). 


    -1 day (transition time) — Vermont, New Hampshire, Massachussets, Maryland, Delaware, New Jersey, Connecticut, Rhode Island);
    -2 days (transition time) — Maine, Michigan, Illinois, Indiana, Ohio, Pennsylvania, Georgia, South Carolina, North Carolina, Virginia, Tenessee, Alabama, Mississipi, Georgia, Alabama, Kentucky, Virginia, West Virginia;
    -from 3 to 7 days (transition time) — for all the remaining States. 

    The delivery time is approximately 5 to 10 working days, depending on your proximity to New York State. 
    This may be slightly higher during holidays and festive times.

    For information on delivery in other destinations, please contact using the form available on the site. 
    Whenever possible CASAFINA makes deliveries within the specified time. This may be slightly higher during holidays and festive times.

    Shop until December 10th to ensure delivery in time for Christmas.

  • Shipping is free for all orders.

  • The products shown in CASAFINA online store are limited to existing stock. 
    In the absence of availability of a product already ordered, CASAFINA will inform the customer about the new expected time of delivery.
    If the customer choose to cancel the order CASAFINA will refund the amount paid by the same payment method used in the initial transaction within approximately 30 days from the time on which got knowledge of that unavailability.

  • After payment confirmation, and within 24 hours, customer will receive an order confirmation email, followed by another after the order has been dispatched. 
    Your shipping acknowledgement will include a tracking number, so that you can track your order through the logistics operator platform.

    Typically distributors require the customer's signature (or his representative) upon order delivery. Absence at the delivery address implies automatic ordering return whose shipping costs are charged to the customer.

    If the customer wishes the reshipping of the order he needs to formalize his request by contacting Casafina with subject "Order reshipping" or through the form available on the website. The information should indicate the order number and the shipping address.
    The reshipping implies new delivery charges.  

  • The customer may cancel the order, as long as it has not yet been processed by CASAFINA. 
    The cancellation must be formalized by an email sent to office@casafinagifts.com with the subject “Order Cancellation” or using the form available on the site. 
    The information must necessarily contain the order number, under penalty of ineffectiveness of the cancellation.
    Registered customers may cancel the order in their personal area on the site.

  • CASAFINA does not make exchanges.
    Our products can be returned within 15 days of customer receipt in the following conditions:

    a) The product does not meet your needs*;
    b) The product was not ordered;
    c) The product has a manufacturer’s defect;
    d) The product is damaged.

    The return must be formalized by the customer via email to office@casafinagifts.com with subject "Return".
    The information must necessarily include the reasons for the return and the order number in question. Return items without prior notice will not be accepted.
    For registered customers the return may be carried in the personal area on the site.

    For your security and peace of mind when shipping back to us, we strongly advise using a professional packing service and insuring your shipment as we cannot be responsible for items damaged or lost in transit.  The cost of return freight and insurance is your responsibility.  Please allow up to 10 business days for us to receive and process your return.

    In the conditions b), c) and d) CASAFINA will refund the costs of delivery and will not charge a new delivery.
    The refund will be processed after evaluation by our Quality Department in the same method of payment used in the initial transaction, within aproximadley 30 days after the return.
    The products can only be returned if they are unused and undamaged. The original packaging is also necessary. 

    * Return costs will be charged to the customer.
